3. (Agreement): Refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement that govern the relationship between its parties.

Article Two – Consumer’s Legal Capacity:

1. The consumer acknowledges that they have full legal capacity to deal with the store or are at least eighteen (18) years old.

2. The consumer agrees that in the event of a violation of this article, they will bear all consequences resulting from such violation.

Article Three – Nature of Commitment:

1. The store’s commitment toward consumers is to provide the service or product.

2. The store may provide additional services, such as after-sales services or related support, depending on the nature of the product or service requested by the consumer.

Article Four – Rules of Use:

1. The consumer shall use the store’s electronic platform in accordance with public morals and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. When purchasing a product or service, the consumer agrees not to use it in any way that violates public morals or Saudi laws.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon applying for membership in this store as a user, you are required to disclose certain information and choose a username and password for accessing the store’s services. By doing so, you agree to:

1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and to notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use or breach.

Article Seven – Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees:

1. If any article or clause of this agreement is canceled or deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force until further notice from the store’s management.

2. This agreement—which may be modified from time to time—constitutes the operational and contractual framework between the consumer and the store.

3. The store may charge fees for certain consumers depending on the type of offers, products, or services requested, or based on state-imposed fees or taxes.

4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or deduct any fees or expenses under this agreement at any time.

Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services:

1. The store, through its partners, provides payment and settlement systems, allowing payments online or through other available methods.

2. The store is committed to setting prices according to market value.

3. The store must provide invoices, receipts, and documentation for all payments and must give the consumer an invoice for their purchase.

4. The store shall maintain standard accounting practices in its electronic operations, in accordance with this agreement and applicable regulations.

Article Nine – Intellectual Property:

1. All intellectual property rights related to the store are fully owned by the store, whether established before or after the platform’s creation.

2. The consumer agrees to respect the store’s intellectual property rights, including its name, trademarks, logos, and other symbols, all of which are fully owned by the store.

Article Ten – Store Liability:

1. The store undertakes to conduct its commercial activities legally and in compliance with Saudi laws and the provisions of this agreement.

2. The store is not responsible for any claims resulting from errors, negligence, or actions by the consumer or third parties such as shipping companies.

3. The store and its representatives commit to ensuring that products and services are lawful and authorized in accordance with Saudi regulations and are used for legitimate purposes.

Article Eleven – Restriction of Access or Membership:

The store may suspend, cancel, or restrict a consumer’s membership or access to the platform’s services at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

Article Twelve – Governing Law:

This Terms of Use Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully subject to Saudi authorities.

Article Thirteen – General Provisions:

If any provision or clause of this agreement is canceled or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect until further notice from the store’s management.
This Terms of Use Agreement—which may be amended from time to time—constitutes the operational and contractual framework between the store and the consumer. Both parties agree to the following:

1. The Arabic language shall prevail in interpreting this agreement or when translated into another language.

2. All prices displayed on the store’s products or services are subject to change.

3. Promotional or marketing offers are temporary, and the store reserves the right to modify or cancel them at any time.

4. Both parties shall conduct their dealings in compliance with Islamic principles and applicable Saudi laws and regulations.

5. This agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the store’s management.
