Without prejudice to the terms of the contractual and statutory warranty, the customer has the right to exchange the part received from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving it. The customer is not entitled to request an exchange after this period.
To be eligible for an exchange, the part must be in good condition and must not have been used or benefited from by the customer. The store reserves the right to inspect the part before approving the exchange to ensure its condition.
The customer shall bear the shipping costs in case of exchange. For international exchanges, the customer shall bear all shipping costs and the responsibility of delivering the part to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the customer will be compensated.
The customer is not entitled to exchange parts in the following cases:
If the part was manufactured upon the customer’s request or according to specifications provided by the customer — except in cases where the part is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications.
If the defect in the part resulted from improper handling or misuse by the customer.
The customer shall bear all costs related to the exchange process. For international exchanges, the customer shall bear all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the customer will be compensated.

The customer shall bear all costs related to the return process. For international returns, the customer shall bear all shipping costs and the responsibility of delivering the part to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the customer will be compensated.
If the customer receives a part with a manufacturing defect, breakage, visible damage, or missing accessories, the customer has the right to contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the part to request a full replacement without bearing any shipping or additional costs.
The customer is not entitled to exchange or return products in the following cases:
If the part was made upon the customer’s special request — except in cases where the part is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications.
Electrical and electronic parts are not eligible for exchange or return.
